If a product differs significantly from the description, you have the right to return it in its original, unused condition.
2. Prices & Availability
All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include – unless otherwise stated – statutory VAT.
Price changes or the temporary unavailability of individual products are possible at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, you will be notified immediately and will receive either a refund or a suitable alternative.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Since some products are shipped directly from selected partners within the EU, shipping times may vary depending on the item.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and depend on the delivery address and order quantity.
International shipping
We offer international shipping. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Return & Refund

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
The articles must be in unopened, unused original condition condition.

The return will be made by post and is for you free of charge.
A notice: Individual gemstones or items specially procured upon customer request may be excluded from returns. In such cases, we will inform you in advance during the purchase process.
Damaged or defective items
Please report any damaged or faulty products immediately upon receipt, providing photographic documentation. Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
After successful inspection of the return, the refund will be made within 14 days to the payment method originally used.
