Right of return according to EU consumer protection
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
The return will be by post and is for you free of chargePlease contact our customer service to obtain a return label and return instructions.
The refund will be made within 14 daysafter the returned goods have been inspected.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. At the same time, we ask for your understanding that returns of high-quality unique pieces—such as genuine gemstones—are handled with particular care. This policy explains the conditions for returns and the exact procedure.
Conditions for a return
A return is possible if:
- the return within 14 days from the delivery date is requested in writing from us
- the article in unopened, unused original condition is located
- a Proof of purchase (order number) is present
- the return approved in advance by our customer service became
Non-refundable items
The following items are generally excluded from return:
- Personalized unique pieces or stones specially procured on customer request
- Special offers, discounted items or clearance items
- Already opened, worn or damaged gemstones
- Returns without a valid reason for return that have already been made several times

1. Submit a return request

Please specify:
- Her Order number
- A photo of the article in question (if applicable)
- The Reason the return
2. Inspection & Return Instructions
After inspection, you will receive – if eligible – return instructions and a prepaid return label.
3. Refund
After receipt and successful inspection of the goods, the refund will be made within 14 days to your original payment method.
Important NOTE
Please send articles not without prior permission back.
Unpaid shipments or unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Returns are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to refuse returns for unique pieces, custom-made items, or gemstones that have already been opened.
